Operational Leadership Role

  • Team Supervision: Supervise and manage staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operational processes.
  • Campus Safety: Ensure campus safety, security, and maintenance, overseeing housekeeping, repairs, utilities, and surveillance systems.
  • Asset Management: Safeguard assets and manage operational budgets, ensuring timely service delivery and quality standards.
  • Support Services: Provide operational support for events and initiatives, promoting a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Consolidate reports and monitor operational costs, recommending improvements and escalating challenges as necessary.
