Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate initial and follow-up communications with prospective clients to gauge interest and progress leads through the sales funnel. Schedule and attend meetings with clients and prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
Respond to client inquiries and concerns accurately, promptly addressing any issues that may impact sales or customer satisfaction.
Keep clients informed of current promotions, discounts, and other relevant business developments.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, both individually and as part of a team, to drive business growth and expansion.
Maintain detailed records of all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, and other pertinent information for management review and analysis.
Listen attentively to client needs and preferences, presenting solutions that meet their expectations and contribute to successful sales outcomes.
Nurture and develop relationships with existing clients, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities.
Provide accurate, efficient cost calculations and present quotations to clients in a clear, concise manner.

- A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
- Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role is essential.
- Real estate experience is highly desirable.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability and flexibility is crucial.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills are necessary for success in this position.
