Job Summary

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to drive revenue growth and optimize operational performance.

Establish strong relationships with practice staff and physicians to improve efficiency and achieve corporate objectives.

  • Build trust with providers through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and provide necessary support and resources.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and providers for strategic initiatives.
  • Support contracting efforts and communicate with billing teams to enhance practice performance.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive better health outcomes and higher patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain visibility and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned providers.
  2. Participate in projects/initiatives impacting provider's overall revenue cycle.
  3. Coordinate with operations and support areas to ensure initiative development and execution.
  4. Meet with contacts at various levels at key physician practices to foster harmonious relationships.
