Lead Generation Specialist

Intercon RCM Partners is a medical billing company founded in 2022, headquartered in Texas, USA. We're a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional revenue cycle management solutions to healthcare providers.

The role of Lead Generation Specialist involves identifying and generating high-quality leads for our medical billing services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Additionally, the successful applicant will have proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the healthcare or medical billing industry, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AI Navigator tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Apollo, and other AI Navigator tools to generate leads and build targeted prospect lists.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns to drive inbound inquiries.
  • Meet weekly and monthly goals and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
  • Maintain data quality and accuracy in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Recognized degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the healthcare or medical billing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AI Navigator tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a performance-driven culture.
