About this Role

A Management Trainee position is available where you will work closely with supply chain personnel to ensure timely arrival of goods to local and overseas customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling import and export documentation
  • FOLLOWING UP WITH CUSTOMERS, SALES PERSONNEL, AND OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS TO ENSURE TIMELY COLLECTION OF PAYMENTS AND ON-TIME DELIVERY
  • Managing inventory levels and warehousing space
  • Generating weekly and monthly reports to management

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of importing and forwarding
  • Ability to manage a number of projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and related specialist logistics software
  • Proficient with Oracle, SAP, and ERP systems
  • Planning and Supply Chain management experience
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Retail logistics experience
