Customer Service and Telesales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telesales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email or chat, providing excellent customer service and support.

About the Role:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email or chat, resolving any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.\
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and have computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.\
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.\

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in any discipline (Masters preferred).\
  • At least 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.\
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.\
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\
