About the Role

This position plays a vital role in supporting our HR operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting various HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and responding to employee queries. This individual must be able to ensure a smooth and efficient process while maintaining a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support HR operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Resolve HR requests within specified timelines, providing accurate and timely information while maintaining a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain and update HR data in HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams across HR, IT, and Payroll to improve operational processes and enhance collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, handling onboarding, offboarding, and employee service requests.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides for HR data tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills for handling HR queries efficiently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, Payroll, and other teams to improve processes.
