HR Operations Manager

Ensuring smooth HR operations from onboarding to offboarding while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and employee satisfaction is a top priority for this role.
This HR Specialist position requires a strong focus on process execution with attention to detail, employee experience, and continuous improvement in HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Onboarding and Documentation
Create and update employee records in HR systems, managing pre-onboarding processes, and accurately filing digital and physical documentation. - Probation and Performance Management
Oversight of probation completion processes, timely form creation, feedback collection, and approvals. Conduct probation meetings and share feedback. - Employee Relations and Retention
Addressing employee concerns, queries, and grievances in a timely and professional manner. Organizing engagement initiatives such as birthdays, annual events, and employee gift packages. - Policy Management and Compliance
Ensuring policies are up-to-date and effectively communicated across teams. Collaborating with leadership to update policy manuals and ensure company-wide adoption. - Payroll and Benefits Administration
Accurate payroll processing by maintaining HR update sheets and coordinating with finance. Overseeing employee benefits including claims, queries, and coordination with finance. - Offboarding and Exit Management
Overseeing resignation approvals, clearance processes, and exit formalities. Conducting exit interviews and processing final documentation.
