Human Resources Officer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding;
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases in compliance with legal requirements;
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures;
  • Coordinating training and development activities across departments;
  • Handling employee relations issues, providing guidance, and supporting conflict resolution;
  • Monitoring and processing payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records;
  • Assisting in performance management and appraisal processes;
  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and supporting audits and legal requirements;
  • Preparing HR reports and documentation for management review;
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR role;
  • Knowledge of HR systems, MS Office, and labor laws;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
