Description

GSPANN is looking for Quality Analysts with expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Location: Gurugram / Hyderabad / Pune

Role Type: Full Time

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Strategy Development: Design and develop test strategies, test plans, and testing approaches for products.
  • Create, execute, and maintain test scenarios and test cases for functional, manual, or web-based applications across various platforms.
  • Defect Detection: Detect, report, and follow up on defects to ensure resolution.
  • Participate in scrum calls with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Application Knowledge: Understand application architecture, develop test cases, and perform functional and regression testing based on user stories.
  • Ensure testing activities meet business requirements and identify potential issues.
Requirements
  • Testing Experience: 5+ years of experience in functional or manual testing concepts.
  • At least three years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Prior experience in the Retail domain.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in API testing, AWS technologies, and front-end web testing for e-commerce websites. Experience with Jira, TestRail, and agile methodologies, system integration testing, and end-to-end testing is required.
  • Development experience and knowledge of automation tools are a plus.
  • Order Flows: Understanding of order flows in e-commerce systems and marketplace integration is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CCP (Cart and Checkout) - Ecom Cart and Checkout flows.
  • Experience in running promotions and campaigns related to QA.
  • Communication Skills: Strong skills in test planning, bug tracking, test execution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
