Digital Marketing Associate
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for supporting our social media marketing efforts through content creation and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content (images, videos, written) for social media platforms.
  2. Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  3. Post Scheduling: Schedule and publish posts across social media channels using tools like Buffer or Hootsuite.
  4. Audience Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience to build community and loyalty.
  5. Analytics Reporting: Track social media performance using analytics tools; generate reports to measure success and suggest optimizations.


Qualifications:
  1. Social Media Experience: Experience in managing social media platforms for brands or individuals.
  2. Understanding of Social Media: Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and best practices.
  3. Social Media Tools: Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools.
  4. Creative Skills: Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Analytical Skills: Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.


Desirable Skills:
  1. Graphic Design: Graphic design skills.
  2. SEO Knowledge: Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends.
  3. Paid Social Media Campaigns: Experience with paid social media campaigns and advertising.
