Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Sales Territory Manager who will play a crucial role in formulating and implementing sales region strategies to ensure alignment with company policies, processes, and procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the sales region, providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes to achieve high-performance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Educate salesmen and branch managers on how to tally physical sales with cash memos.
- Educate branch managers on how to explain queries to different departments.
- Maintain daily dashboard reports that include leave/absentees, sales targets, and individual targets for each section.
- Participate in the formulation and implementation of sales region strategy to ensure alignment with company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the sales region.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Create comprehensive daily reports including given daily targets and achievement of targets in percentage.
