Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in meeting sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
  • Identify and connect with potential clients, fostering strong business relationships.
  • Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Submit compelling proposals tailored to client requirements and conduct regular bidding on relevant projects across Upwork categories.
  • Craft winning strategies and customized pitches to maintain a high response rate and win ratio.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Presentation and negotiation of sales offers to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
