Senior Radiology Manager

As a Senior Radiology Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of radiology staff at multiple locations. Your key responsibility will be to ensure a cohesive work environment and promote high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct radiology staff, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
  • Evaluate staff performance, provide coaching, and monitor workload requirements to optimize efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, procure supplies, and maintain equipment for respective areas of responsibility.
  • Monitor equipment repairs, gather data on malfunction, and document effects on patient care.
  • Maintain ability to perform radiologic procedures, including assessment of patient needs.
  • Address concerns or grievances from physicians, staff, and patients with professionalism and competence.
  • Contribute to developing, interpreting, and implementing departmental policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • A maximum of 4-5 years of experience in this specific position.
Work Environment
