As a highly skilled Account Service Coordinator, you will provide critical support to the Regional Manager and wider Business Development team. Ensuring seamless customer service and operational excellence is key to this role.

Schedule and Work Environment

Responsibilities
  1. Provide support to the Regional Manager and wider Business Development team
  2. Ensure seamless customer service and operational excellence
  3. Support clients with technical troubleshooting and escalate issues to the relevant teams
  4. Handle administrative tasks, such as processing invoices and managing order details
  5. Update and maintain the central CRM system
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written) and Punjabi
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service, technical support, or operational role within a software technology or textile/apparel-related industry
  • Ability to travel between Pakistan, Bangladesh, and South India
  • Strong organization and time management
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
