AI/ML Team Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Team Lead to lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI/ML development, a strong technical background, and leadership abilities to drive innovative AI solutions.

Job Description

As our desired candidate, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of AI/ML engineers, ensuring best practices in model development and deployment. You will also design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services, research and implement cutting-edge AI/ML techniques, and ensure model performance, scalability, and efficiency through continuous improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML development, with experience in leading projects or teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Key skills include proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn, experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning, and hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment.
