Registrar Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented registrar to join our administrative staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer literacy and a background in student administration.

  • Responsibilities include organizing and administering student records, overseeing student admissions and graduation processes, ensuring accurate updates of grades, attendance, finances, and other relevant details.
  • The registrar will also be responsible for training staff on software related to records administration, performing clerical tasks such as printing academic transcripts, and maintaining the confidentiality and security of student information.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree (master's preferred) with a minimum of 10 years' experience as a registrar in a reputable institution.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong computer literacy, and database familiarity.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and students.
