Job Title

We are looking to hire a Learning Experience Designer in our People and Organization division. You will play a crucial role in creating a leading learning organization by developing and implementing learning strategies and programs that support the professional growth and development of our employees.

Responsibilities
  • Learning Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Uplift Learning Management Tools: Devise strategy to uplift our learning management tools with new technologies, GenAI, advance LXPs.
  • Digital Competency Based Learning Plans: Strategize, develop and run digital competency based learning plans for all segments.
  • Soft Skill Programs: Organize and ensure organization wide soft skill programs with defined benchmarks and ensure incremental improvements.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather insights and requirements for learning programs. Identify innovative approaches and technologies to enhance learning effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree: Bachelors or Masters in Business or HR or related degree with 5-8 years of experience.
  • Deep Interest in Technology: Deep interest in technology and AI.
  • Corporate Learning Experience: Experience in corporate learning.
  • Research Skills: Research skills.
  • L&D Content Designing: L&D content designing (blended Learning, micro-learnings, learning paths).
  • Practical Knowledge of LMS and LXP: Practical knowledge of Learning Management System and Learner Experience Platform.
  • Business Acumen: Knowledge of skillsets and competencies with business acumen is a must.
  • Stakeholder Management: Stakeholder management, negotiation skills, project management.
  • Problem Solving: Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and problem solving, design thinking.
