We're looking for a results-driven professional to lead our e-commerce teams powering major global brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, accelerating delivery, and driving maximum output across all functions.

  • Lead day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce platforms
  • Enforce operational standards and implement efficient systems for task delegation and follow-through
  • Perform quality control on all deliverables: campaigns, listings, reports, tickets, etc.
  • Drive deadlines, task ownership, and weekly deliverable reviews
  • Optimize team output – identify gaps, remove blockers, and make performance measurable
  • Collaborate with leadership to align project goals with client KPIs
  • Maintain clear, organized project tracking
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and escalate issues proactively
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, missed SLAs, and recurring issues
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3+ years of experience in project or operations management within an e-commerce agency
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce operations (ads, SEO, catalog, reporting, etc.)
  • Strong command of project management tools
  • Proven experience managing hybrid and remote teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and relentlessly proactive
  • Must have effective and trackable reporting SOPs for Q/C and reporting
