Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, supply chain management, and logistics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our marketplace platform, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment operations.

  • Lead the full-stack performance of our operational engine across order lifecycle, brand fulfillment, logistics, platform performance, and customer experience quality.
  • Owning key relationships with delivery partners, brand operations teams, and internal tech/product functions ensuring seamless and scalable experience.

This role requires a strong ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Operational planning and process optimization
  • Partner/vendor management
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Crisis and escalation management
  • Excellent communication & team leadership

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).

A minimum of 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, 3PL, or retail operations (fashion domain a big plus)

Hands-on experience with digital product management, fulfillment, and order management systems.

Strong knowledge of last-mile delivery landscape in Pakistan.

Familiarity with returns, exchange policies in fashion retail is a plus.
