We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to lead our expansion across various freelancing platforms and remote job networks. This role requires strong familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Toptal, PeoplePerHour, etc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing company profiles on these platforms, identifying and applying for high-value projects, writing tailored proposals, and driving successful lead conversion.

Key objectives include generating leads and revenue from new freelancing and remote platforms beyond Upwork, registering and maintaining company presence on platforms like Toptal, AngelList, RemoteOK, and Contra, and acquiring more projects in AI/ML & Cybersecurity, UI/UX Design, and Full-Stack Web & App Development.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–4 years of relevant Business Development experience in the IT industry to showcase their skills and contribute to a mission-driven organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow company profiles on freelancing platforms.">
  • Identify and apply for high-value projects.">
  • Write tailored proposals and drive successful lead conversion.">
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.">
  • Explore new B2B sales channels and international outreach.">
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to scope projects accurately.">
  • Report on weekly KPIs and lead pipeline performance.">
