Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving the marketing efforts of a leading organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing strategies to promote the brand across various channels, enhancing its presence and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership
  1. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement branding strategies.
Market Analysis and Planning
  1. Supervise the identification of Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) and niche markets, developing comprehensive marketing plans.
Market Research and Strategy Development
  1. Gather information on new trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities to devise effective marketing strategies.
Campaign Management
  1. Oversee all marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and social media platforms.
Team Coaching and Development
  1. Coach the marketing team on corporate branding aspects such as alumni engagement and website management.
Brand Extension and Growth
  1. Expand the brand's reach nationally and internationally.
  2. Foster need-specific promotions and launch international projects for enhanced brand visibility.
Stakeholder Communication
  1. Manage internal and external stakeholder communication while aligning with organizational values and objectives.
Project Supervision and Resource Management
  1. Supervise key projects including shoots, TVCs/DVCs production, and other departmental initiatives.
  2. Negotiate agreements with media agencies for promotional material production.
Public Relations and Media Interaction
  1. Supervise public relations activities, engaging with the media to ensure positive coverage for the brand.
Internal Customer Service Department
  1. Optimize the functioning of the Internal Customer Service Department, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven senior marketing experience with a track record of successful strategy development and implementation.
