Job Title: Senior Brand Marketing Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining brand equity, spearheading annual and long-term marketing innovation, strategic planning, brand plans, and IMC plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain brand equity through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Spearhead annual and long-term marketing innovation, strategic planning, brand plans, and IMC plans to contribute to the achievement of brand goals.
  • Manage and develop category marketing strategy to play a part in market growth, including setting style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for short and long-term objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with PR, Digital, Creative, and Visual teams to deliver 360° marketing campaigns.
  • Research and analyze customer and market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Create and deliver category-specific marketing strategies for each product/launch, incorporating Creative, Digital, PR, ATL/BTL, TVC/DVC, and other relevant elements.
  • Frequently communicate and collaborate with marketing, creative, sales, planning, product, and retail functions and key stakeholders to build and execute 360° campaigns/strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets, analyze marketing and financial reporting, and measure campaigns/strategies to report ROI.
  • Ensure all brand assets are maintained and delivered to the marketing brief and launch deadlines.
  • Identify category trends and lead research plans to uncover unmet consumer needs and fuel brand growth.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptive, efficient, well-organized, and collaborative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva).
