Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in QA & QC M/C SHOP based in Faisalabad. The Assistant Manager will oversee quality assurance and quality control processes within the machine shop. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating production processes, ensuring product quality, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to address quality-related issues and contributing to process optimization.

Qualifications

BSc Mechanical Engineering (PEC Recognized) Experience:

4 To 5 Years relevant experience in Auto Parts Manufacturing Company.

Key Responsibilities:


• Have ability to use, interpret & calibrate the metrological Instruments.


• Design, Development & Calibration of Inspection Gauges.


• Can perform Quality Assurance Lab Inspection of machine parts.


• Operating & Programming of CMM Machine.


• On hand experience/Have knowledge of implementation of 7 QC Tools.


• Make & Maintain SOPS & Methodology of QA/QC Inspection.


• Design & Development of Inspection & Jig Fixtures.
