  • Direct and oversee the manufacturing operations in a shift or group of production lines to ensure volume, quality, and cost goals are met.">
  • Manage the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment such as pumps, gears, conveyors, sifters, dryers, elevators, mills, centrifuges, fans, and compressors.">
  • Design and implement efficient mechanical systems to improve productivity and reduce labor expenses.">
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance schedules using SAP to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with IMS/GMP requirements.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement process improvements.">
  • Ensure a safe working environment by implementing EHS standards, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to subordinates.">

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:">
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.">
  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of electrical installations is required.">
  • English fluency, both written and spoken, is required.">

  • Hands-on experience with operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment.">
  • Strong understanding of mechanical system design and implementation.">
  • Ability to develop and implement predictive maintenance schedules.">
