**Comprehensive Financial Planning Services**

We are seeking a seasoned financial advisor to join our team. As a financial advisor, you will provide comprehensive financial planning services to clients, helping them achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in client services, insurance, investments, or financial services.

You will be responsible for analyzing clients' financial situations, identifying areas for improvement, and developing personalized financial plans that meet their unique needs and objectives.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You should also be able to analyze complex financial data, identify opportunities for growth, and develop creative solutions to meet client needs.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Financial Plans: Create customized financial plans for each client based on their life stage, professional circumstances, and fluctuating financial needs.
  • Implementing Financial Strategies: Help clients implement financial recommendations, including investment strategies and insurance recommendations.
  • Maintaining Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure they stay on track with their financial goals.
  • Staying Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, sharing knowledge and best practices with other team members.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or an alternate related analytical field is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in client services, insurance, investments, financial services, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with financial planning is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 license is considered a plus.
  • Basic understanding of computer programs including Microsoft Office, financial planning software, Google Suite, CRM systems, and related programs is needed.
  • Superior communication, relationship building, and math skills to establish a strong foundation of customer service for all clients.
