Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain government regulation compliance. This includes analyzing current laws and regulations, identifying areas of non-compliance, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Serve as liaison between regulatory bodies and operating divisions. This involves communicating with regulatory agencies, providing updates on company progress, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit applications and reports to applicable regulatory agencies. This includes gathering data, drafting reports, and submitting them to the relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate with operations departments regarding production design and development. This involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of production are compliant with government regulations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of regulations applicable to the business. This includes staying up-to-date on changes to laws and regulations, attending industry conferences, and participating in professional development opportunities.
Job Specification

Extensive knowledge of government regulations required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Ability to inform and educate managers on regulations and policies. This includes developing training programs, creating educational materials, and providing guidance to management on regulatory matters.

Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, analyze complex data, and develop effective strategies to achieve business objectives.
