Regulatory Compliance Specialist

The key objective of this role is to ensure the company's products and activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective regulatory strategies that align with business objectives.

This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies that support business objectives.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, including filings, registrations, and certifications.
  • Coordinate and manage regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring corrective actions are taken in response to any findings.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and communicate these changes to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regulatory guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, preferably life sciences, chemistry, or pharmacy.
  • At least 01 years of experience in regulatory affairs.
  • In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or other regulated products.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
