We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Clinic Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to medical staff, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  2. Assist patients in completing necessary forms and documentation.
  3. Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  4. Communicate clearly and courteously, both written and verbal, to patients.
  5. Manage records and perform daily cash deposits as required.
  6. Ensure accurate and timely collection of payments through various methods and platforms.
  7. Conduct follow-up calls with current and past patients.
  8. Collaborate with medical staff to maintain accurate patient information.
  9. Generate reports on stock transactions and cash sales, as well as a monthly report of new patient files.
  10. Schedule appointments for patients, therapists, and doctors efficiently.
