This is an entry-level position that offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the media industry. As a Graduate Media Trainee, you will work closely with experienced media professionals to develop and implement media plans and strategies.

About Your Skills and Qualifications

">

You will have a Bachelor's Degree from Media/Marketing/Digital backgrounds and at least two internships in the relevant field. Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in oral and written communications are essential.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain media plans and strategies in collaboration with Media Planners
  • Prepare and update purchase orders within the execution framework
  • Manage tracking of client and competition
  • Facilitate timely and accurate campaign launches including troubleshooting and resolving any issues with media/account teams and media vendors
  • Analyze data to provide clients with recommendations for optimizations
  • Maintain relationships with media suppliers and internal teams
  • Prepare and update media flowcharts for Media Planner's assistance
  • Monitor client billing; resolve any related issues
  • Ensure all media projects and innovations proceed according to plan and on deadline
  • Participate in media-planning strategy meetings with team members, and help develop new ideas for client media plans
  • Maintain a record of basic deliverables i.e. Droppages, premium positions etc.
