As a seasoned technology leader, you will oversee the implementation of predictive and preventive maintenance technologies to enhance reliability and sustainability of operations. To drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation, IoT, AI, and data analytics, you must have a deep understanding of regulatory compliance related to O&M technology, certifications or relevant industry credentials.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive technology plans that align with business goals. This involves identifying and integrating emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

  • Develop a strategy to leverage innovative technologies in improving operational performance.
  • Lead the implementation of smart monitoring systems for real-time asset management.
  • Oversee the development and integration of technology solutions that enhance reliability and sustainability.

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Electrical Engineer/WTG Technical Engineers and technology professionals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology-driven improvements and develop training programs to enhance technological competency within the organization.

Strong expertise in digital transformation and automation, experience with predictive maintenance and smart monitoring solutions, and excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills are essential for success in this position.
