Senior Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the development and implementation of our technology strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced architect to make a meaningful impact on our organization.

  • Define and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture covering all domains including monitoring, observability, ITSM, automation, and analytics.
  • Provide architectural oversight and governance for tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, ServiceNow, BMC MainView, SolarWinds, Grafana, and Elastic Stack.
  • Lead the technical delivery lifecycle, ensuring designs are robust, scalable, secure, and meet all defined Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
  • Manage and mentor the team of solution architects, observability architects, and platform consultants, ensuring consistency across all design workstreams.
  • Act as the single point of technical escalation and final decision-maker on architecture trade-offs and technology selections.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, with a proven track record in leading complex, large-scale transformation programs.
  • Deep expertise in hybrid enterprise IT environments, command centers, or NOC/SOC architecture.
  • Strong technical background across monitoring, observability, ITSM, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems integration.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing architecture teams, consultants, and multi-vendor delivery environments.
