Job Title:

Solution & Proposal Specialist

Sensys-inc seeks a skilled Solution & Proposal Specialist to join our fast-paced Department. This role is central to designing, optimizing, and proposing control system solutions tailored to customer requirements.

  • Review RFQs and ensure design solutions meet customer needs.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of PLC/DSC-based control systems and SCADA systems.
  • Estimate and propose solutions for brown field projects.
  • Perform effort estimation for engineering, construction, and testing works.
  • Provide sales support for key proposals against received RFQs.
  • Coordinate proposals and follow up with sales teams.
  • Support team members in taking multiple quotes from vendors.
  • Develop standard procedures and write high-level execution philosophies, project plans, design procedures, and commercial terms & conditions.
  • Evaluate Quality of Product solutions as defined.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of work experience in engineering or technical sales.
  • Knowledge and experience of field instrumentation selection and cost-optimized solution designing.
  • Knowledge and experience of site work and estimation of construction scope for installation of control system solutions.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen business development skills and negotiation skills with vendors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Global exposure and opportunities to work on international projects.
