Our organization is seeking a seasoned Plant Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operations of our mechanical and engineering departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with hands-on experience in plant maintenance and repair.

Job Requirements

The selected individual should have at least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. They should be well-versed in preventive and corrective maintenance techniques, as well as possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers and technicians, conducting regular site visits, and implementing effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal plant performance.
