Job Title: O&M Engineers

Our company seeks to appoint experienced professionals for a challenging role.

This position will report to Manager Operations & Maintenance and will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and customer service for renewable energy assets.

  • Serve as the main technical liaison for regional teams, addressing their concerns and coordinating solutions effectively pertaining to solar, BESS and wind plants
  • Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer technical issues, minimizing system downtime and disruptions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their concerns and providing exceptional service
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to provide actionable insights for product and service improvement
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges in coordination with field teams and other stakeholders
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to support continuous improvement
  • Provide technical training and guidance to customers and regional teams to enhance their understanding of the systems
  • Work closely with the Operations & Maintenance team to ensure alignment on technical strategies and solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction
  • Ability to analyze market data and provide strategic insights
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, solar, BESS and wind technology, and industry standards

Others:

The candidate should have a strong educational background preferably in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
