E-Commerce Resolution Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy customer service specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, strong analytical ability, and problem-solving passion.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Handling customer inquiries, messages, and cases across multiple marketplaces
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers in written English
- Responding to customer questions regarding orders, shipping, returns, refunds, and product information
- Analyzing customer cases, order data, and account health metrics to identify issues and resolve disputes quickly
- Proactively handling disputes and cancellations
- Maintaining account health on multiple platforms, including performance standards
- Collaborating with internal teams for smooth operations
- Documenting customer service processes and contributing to SOPs
- Staying updated on platform policy changes for full compliance
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills (written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using online tools and marketplace platforms
- Familiarity with dispute resolution systems would be preferred
- Experience managing returns and coordinating with couriers
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
