Job Opportunity:

Battery Sales Lead
  • We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our battery product sales efforts across various industries in Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
  • To identify and pursue business opportunities in oil & gas, power generation and transmission, FMCG, telecom, data centers, and automotive sectors.
  • To develop and maintain key accounts, secure consultant approval, engage with EPCs, and build strong client relationships.
  • To achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by expanding the market presence of our battery products.
  • To conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • To provide expert pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
  • To prepare and participate in tenders and large-scale project proposals to drive business growth.
  • To maintain accurate pipelines and reports using CRM tools to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in battery sales in B2B environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with European brands like Trojan, Fiamm, Varta is highly valued.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Pakistan.
