Leading EHS and Quality Excellence

The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures related to quality and EHS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain a quality/EHS management system, including an operating rhythm.
  • Drive continual improvement by recommending actions or policies that result in cost reduction, efficiencies, or increased profitability.
  • Support the organization with strategy deployment and KPI leadership management.
  • Be a technical resource to guide site management in their EHS responsibilities.
  • Manage near miss, incident, and accident reports to ensure root cause determination and corrective action implementation.

This role requires the ability to work independently, develop processes, and interact effectively with senior and middle management levels. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 4001 standards is essential.
