Role Summary
As a Quality Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence in our products. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to lead a team of quality inspectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of caps and hot fill bottles to identify defects or irregularities.
- Evaluate the printing quality of caps to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of quality inspectors, providing guidance and support to equip them effectively.
- Develop and implement a schedule for regular quality tests to ensure consistency with quality standards.
- Presentation of daily quality reports to management, highlighting areas of improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Maintain a commitment to quality assurance with every dispatch, ensuring products meet required standards.
- Closely collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure cap quality is consistently high.
- Perform routine calibration of testing apparatus to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Visit customers in case of complaints to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
