As a seasoned professional in organizational development, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that foster growth, innovation, and high-performing teams within our Textile Digital Printing sector. Your expertise will enable us to stay competitive in the market, while promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive people management programs that drive performance, engagement, and succession planning across the textile digital department.
  2. Collaborate closely with department leaders to identify, prioritize, and address organization development needs and opportunities.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments of current organizational structures, systems, and processes to pinpoint areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  4. Design and implement effective change management strategies to support the organization's growth and development objectives.
  5. Develop and deliver tailored training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring they remain relevant and impactful in an ever-evolving business environment.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment between organizational development initiatives and business objectives.
  7. Develop and maintain up-to-date SOPs, policies, job descriptions, and other essential documents according to best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek an individual with:

  • Proven experience in organization development or related fields, ideally 5+ years.
  • Strong understanding of organization development principles and best practices.
  • Ability to drive change and process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Relevant certifications in OD (optional).
