About the Role

We're looking for an individual to support restaurant owners in managing their business operations.

They face numerous challenges including using multiple software and tools, leading to increased workload and operating costs.

Our goal is to provide a comprehensive solution that makes their lives easier and helps them grow their business.

This is where you come in – working with our customer support team to address customer queries and escalate to relevant internal teams during night hours.

Responsibilities
  • Interface with restaurants and internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Document issues with thorough understanding of causes and implications.
  • Investigate critical issues with customers and interact with them effectively.
  • Support restaurants with time-sensitive operational tasks using our platform.
Qualifications and fit

You'll join a team centered around agility, learning, and teaching others.

An ideal candidate has solid English skills, people skills, emotional intelligence, and knowledge of US cultural sensitivities.

Technical skills include experience in support roles, data analytics, reporting, and documentation.

Prior experience or background in marketing is a plus.
