Medical Billing and Accounting Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Billing and Accounting Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our medical billing operations.

  • Collect and review patient visit details from electronic medical records software to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Submit medical bills and claims electronically to insurance companies, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Follow up with sent medical bills and claims to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Verify payroll data submitted by clinicians to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Audit and approve clinicians' payroll to maintain financial integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on a daily basis to address their concerns and provide updates on their medical bills and claims.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer operations, Microsoft Word and Excel, and general internet-based applications.
  • Strong command over spoken and written English language.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and possess self-directed skills.
Job Timings and Physical Requirements

This position requires flexible work hours, including evenings and night shifts, due to our clients' locations in different time zones. You will also need to meet certain physical requirements, such as sufficient eyesight, hearing, and mobility, to perform tasks efficiently.
