Customer Service Representative

This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of our global customer support team, providing exceptional service and support to clients from diverse backgrounds.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering seamless customer experiences, ensuring operational excellence, and providing proactive solutions to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to the Regional Manager and wider Business Development team
  • Ensuring seamless customer service and operational excellence
  • Providing support for client presentations, proposals, and other sales-related materials
  • Assisting with onboarding new customers, including coordinating account setup and providing training materials
  • Supporting clients with technical troubleshooting and escalating issues to relevant teams
  • Handling administrative tasks, such as processing invoices and managing order details
  • Completing market researches
  • Updating and maintaining the central CRM system

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written) and Shahmukhi. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service, technical support, or operational role within a software technology or textile/apparel-related industry is also required.

Additional requirements include:

  • Ability to travel between Pakistan, Bangladesh, and South India
  • Strong organization and time management
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

Preferred qualifications include experience in the IT industry.
