Digital Marketing Team Lead

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to manage our digital marketing efforts. As a Digital Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing all activities and processes required to efficiently run profitable SEO, social media, PPC, and paid social campaigns.

### Responsibilities:
  1. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in SEO, paid search specialist positions, or similar roles.
  2. Excellent understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, affiliate marketing, and social media is essential.
  3. You will lead the team in building creative campaigns from end-to-end with support from SEO, design, and development teams.
  4. Ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities, is also required.
  5. The successful candidate will research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success.
  6. Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in organic search campaigns.
  7. Track, report, and analyse website analytics and On-page initiatives.
  8. Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
  9. Develop and implement link building strategy.
  10. Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
  11. Work with other teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
  12. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  13. Responsible for improving customer engagement and conversion on our websites.
  14. Lead the team to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  15. Analyse performance of campaigns and identify and suggest conversion optimisation opportunities to exceed client expectations and grow accounts.
  16. Take ownership to continually improve campaign performance and ROI over time.
  17. Strong management skills to lead the team.
  18. Strong Google Analytics and SEO knowledge.
