Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant for Procurement

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant for Procurement to support our procurement team at the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy. As an essential member of our staff, you will provide administrative assistance, manage procurement documentation, and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including preparing documents, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist with procurement planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Manage procurement documentation, including contracts, invoices, and receipts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective supply chain management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
