Job Overview:
We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to help our company expand its client base. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for someone with strong networking skills and the ability to bring in new business leads.
The successful candidate will work closely with our core team, pitching our services confidently to prospects, building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, collaborating with our development team to understand offerings and deliver proposals, and maintaining a pipeline of leads and regular follow-ups.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus
- Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently
- A basic understanding of software and technology
- A strong network or ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, freelance platforms, or cold outreach
