Job Title: Air Travel Specialist

  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay updated with the latest airline regulations, fare rules, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Changes and Refunds: Handle changes to cancellations and refunds while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Air Travel Specialist or in a similar role within the travel industry.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computerized reservation systems (GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and customer relation skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and transactions.
  • Travel Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, visas, and travel regulations.
