Job Opportunity

A dedicated and experienced travel professional is required to provide high-quality customer service, manage airline reservations, and process ticketing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage air travel bookings, reissues, refunds, and cancellations using Amadeus or Galileo systems.
  • Provide expert travel consultancy over phone, email, or in person, addressing customer queries and concerns.
  • Issue domestic and international tickets for various airlines, ensuring accurate fare quotes and travel advice.
  • Process travel changes such as date or route modifications, adhering to company policies.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with Amadeus and/or Galileo Global Distribution Systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, with a strong focus on continuous learning and professional development.
