Business Development Consultant Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team at Frillsoft, a leading provider of candidate sourcing and recruitment services.

As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, establishing rapport, and arranging meetings to discuss our services. You will serve as the initial point of contact for prospects and clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our stakeholders.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Prospecting and lead generation to identify new business opportunities.
  • Managing relationships with existing clients and developing new business leads.
  • Presenting and pitching our range of services tailored to prospective clients.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities to provide innovative solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in professional services. Experience with managing or selling professional services and subject matter expertise is highly preferred, as well as previous experience with a CRM (Salesforce) and MS Office products (Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and sales acumen skills, with a proven ability to provide consultative sales and demonstrate sales performance.
