Financial Planning and Analysis Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, preparing routine and ad-hoc reports, and evaluating historical and current financial/non-financial data to identify trends.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and studying business and economic trends relevant to our company's strategy, conducting multidimensional performance analysis across customers, departments, and regions.

Maintaining accurate and consistent data across systems is crucial, and you will work closely with business units to provide financial insights and recommendations.

In addition, you will develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators, support analysis related to margin, profitability, and working capital, and enhance and build financial models and tools to improve forecasting and reporting.

  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), business analysis, or financial reporting roles
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas
  • Familiarity with financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost variance analysis
  • Understanding of ETL processes and experience in maintaining data integrity across multiple systems
  • Solid grasp of financial concepts such as margin analysis, working capital, and cost analysis
  • Experience with ERP and reporting tools such as Intacct and Power BI is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for data accuracy, trends, and anomalies
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide value through data-driven decision-making
